Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

We offer one-time purchases and (when available) subscription / autoship & save purchase options.

One-Time Purchases (Standard Orders)

  • Once an order is placed, we begin processing quickly to ship as fast as possible.

  • If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us as soon as possible.

  • If the order has already been processed or shipped, we may be unable to cancel it.

Subscription / Subscribe & Save Orders (If Applicable)

By choosing a subscription option, you authorize us to automatically charge your selected payment method at the recurring interval shown at checkout.

Cancel anytime

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal (if available) or by contacting us.

Important timing rule

  • To avoid being charged for the next order, subscription cancellations must be made at least 24–48 hours before your next scheduled billing date (use whichever window you prefer).

  • If a renewal has already been processed, that order may be too far along to cancel.

Refunds After Billing

  • If an order has already been billed/processed, we can’t guarantee cancellation.

  • If your subscription renewal ships, it will follow our standard Return/Refund Policy.

How to Cancel

Email us with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number (or subscription email)

  • The request: “Cancel my subscription” or “Cancel my order”
