Orders may take up to 20 business days to be delivered, however for U.S Orders commonly arrive in 4–6 business days via USPS Ground Advantage.
Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once placed as they are processed immediately.

For subscription orders, cancellations must be made before the next billing date. Subscription orders cannot be canceled once they have been billed and processed for shipment.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, including wrong addresses or missing apartment numbers.

If an order has an incomplete address, our customer support team will guide you on how to retrieve your item from your local post office.
Shipping Protection

Orders held at your local post office for retrieval are not eligible for reshipment.
